I’m Chelan, creator & founder of Demi Cookie Company. I’m a stay home Mama to my sweet seven year old son and my wild and crazy four year old twin daughters. I discovered my passion of decorating and creating on food in my early teenage years and I’ve been doing it in some form or another ever since. In June of 2017, I ventured into new and completely unknown territory (cookies!) and found the thing that sets my soul on fire. I love that I’ve found a medium to display my art that’s as satisfying and sweet as a cookie. I love that you all allow me to be a part of occasions that are dear to your own hearts. Cookies have opened so many doors of opportunity for me and continue to provide for my three beautiful children, and for that I am so grateful.
